Adversity and stress are unavoidable in life. People sometimes believe that resilience is a trait--you either have it or you don’t. The goal of this workshop is to help participants walk away with a “resilience toolkit”—proactive strategies that can be used before, during and after stressful events to help mitigate the effects of adversity.

Interested in history or art? Join us for an outing to the Smithsonian American Art Museum! With 20th Century, Asian American, Latinx, and Contemporary Art exhibits, there will be lots of different artwork to explore!
